Gurugram-based proptech startup OfficeBanao has raised nearly $4 million as part of a $7.7 million funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Mangum II and Medra Family. The round values the company at around $70 million post-money. The fresh capital will be used to expand operations, strengthen technology infrastructure and scale the platform across additional cities.
The platform connects architects, contractors, designers, furniture vendors and material suppliers through a unified system that manages workspace creation from planning and 3D design to sourcing and construction. OfficeBanao caters to projects ranging from Rs 10 lakh to over Rs 5 crore, serving startups, SMEs and large enterprises. The company claims to have completed 200 projects across more than 40 cities in India.
The company’s revenue has grown sharply from Rs 22 crore in FY23 to Rs 138 crore in FY25, and it is targeting Rs 225 crore in FY26 as it expands into more markets. It competes with the likes of Flipspaces and All Home, which are also building tech-led platforms for office and home interior solutions.
