
After recording a 70% year-on-year rise in Q3 FY26, e-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce reported a modest 13.9% increase in its revenue during the final quarter of the fiscal year (Q4 FY26).
The company’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 51.6 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 45.3 crore in Q3 FY25, according to its financial statement sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Including other undisclosed income, its total income for Q4 FY26 grew to Rs 52.8 crore. On the expense side, employee benefits rose 22.3% to Rs 19.2 crore in Q4 FY26. Server hosting, depreciation, finance costs, and other overheads took the total expenses to Rs 46.9 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 41.5 crore in Q4FY25At the end, the profits for the Gurugram-based firm remained flat at Rs 3.4 crore in Q4FY26. However, for the full fiscal year, the bottom line grew 15.9% to Rs 20.4 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 17.6 crore in FY25.Unicommerce’s share price closed at Rs 109 at the end of the trading session with the total market capitalization of Rs 1,225 crore (about $133 million).
